As a Senior Growth Marketing Associate at Sendbox, you will lead and manage a dynamic growth team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designers. This role is crucial in steering our customer acquisition and retention strategies while driving revenue growth for the company. Reporting directly to the management team every week, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a cross-functional growth team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and creative campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, insights, and proposed action plans.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Sales, Operations etc., to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing and other related fields. 
  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a track record of managing and leading teams preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and creative campaigns.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics processes is a plus.
